CPC WATER DELIVERY ENTITLEMENT - REGISTER

The Creeks Pipeline Company Ltd (CPC) provides an exchange whereby Irrigators that want to transfer CPC water delivery rights can apply to CPC. The table below provides current Irrigators interested in CPC water delivery entitlement transfer. A water delivery entitlement trade can provide the transferor (i.e. the seller) avoided non take fees and the transferee (the buyer) can secure additional water and flow rate.

All water delivery trading is subject to a hydraulic assessment undertaken by CPC. In general, the following principles apply:

  • Langhorne Creek Water Company (LCWC) Irrigators would need to trade water delivery entitlements with other LCWC Irrigators when executing a transfer.
  • Irrigators with connections on the Northern Spur line can only transfer water delivery entitlements with other Irrigators on the Northern Spur line unless they are transferring water delivery rights from the Northern Spur line to the main CPC pipeline.
  • The Transferor and Transferee must ensure the application form is completed and submitted before the trade can be assessed by CPC. The link to the application for is below.
